Cloud Infrastructure That Runs Itself

Automated deployments, autoscaling infrastructure, and observability that catches issues before your users do — set up right the first time.

Overview

What we mean by cloud & ci/cd

Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD are the invisible half of shipping software: the pipelines that get code to production, the servers that stay up under load, and the monitoring that tells you when something breaks. Done well, DevOps is boring — deployments happen safely, autoscaling handles traffic spikes, and your team ships features instead of firefighting. Done poorly, it's the source of every 3 a.m. Slack alert and every launch that slips a week. We set up production-grade cloud infrastructure for Laravel, Vue, and Node applications across AWS, DigitalOcean, and Laravel Cloud — with zero-downtime deploys, automatic backups, and monitoring dashboards that surface the metrics that matter.

Why it matters

The value you get

Concrete outcomes — not vague promises.

Zero-Downtime Deploys

Blue-green and rolling deployment strategies mean users never see maintenance pages, even during major releases.

Autoscaling Infrastructure

Handle Black Friday traffic without paying for it in July. Auto-scale up and down based on real demand.

Backups & Disaster Recovery

Automated database backups, tested restore procedures, and documented DR playbooks. When it matters, you're prepared.

Observability That Warns Early

Application performance monitoring, error tracking, and alerting configured so problems find you before users do.

What's included

Every engagement covers

The capabilities baked into every project we ship.

GitHub Actions and GitLab CI pipelines
Laravel Forge, Envoyer, and Vapor setup
Docker and Kubernetes for containerized apps
AWS, DigitalOcean, and Laravel Cloud deployments
Zero-downtime deployment strategies
Redis, Horizon, and queue infrastructure
Automated database backups and PITR
Sentry, Datadog, and New Relic integration
Ideal for

Who this is for

Teams and situations where this service pays off fastest.

Post-Launch Stabilization

Just launched but the on-call is chaotic? We stabilize, monitor, and document — turning frantic firefighting into a boring, working system.

Preparing for Traffic Spikes

Big launch, campaign, or press event coming? Load testing, autoscaling, and cache tuning ensure you don't melt on day one.

Migrations & Modernization

Moving from a legacy VPS to a modern cloud, or from on-prem to hosted. We plan the migration and execute it with zero downtime.

Our process

How we work

A repeatable process refined across dozens of shipped products.

1

Infrastructure Audit

Current setup review, risk assessment, and prioritized improvements. We tell you what's fine, what's risky, and what needs to happen first.

2

Deployment Pipeline Setup

CI/CD configured, automated tests wired in, and staging environments provisioned. Every merge to main deploys automatically.

3

Production Hardening

SSL, WAF rules, secrets management, and least-privilege IAM. Security posture that would pass a SOC 2 audit.

4

Monitoring & Alerting

Dashboards for the metrics that matter, alerts routed to Slack or PagerDuty, and runbooks for the top five failure modes.

5

Handoff & Documentation

Full documentation, a diagram of your architecture, and training for your team. You could keep running it without us.

FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers — no filler.

What is CI/CD?
Continuous Integration (CI) automatically tests your code every time someone commits. Continuous Deployment (CD) automatically pushes passing code to staging or production. Together they let teams ship dozens of times a day safely.
Do I need Kubernetes?
Almost certainly no. Kubernetes is overkill for most teams under $10M revenue. Laravel Cloud, Vapor, or Forge on DigitalOcean handles the same workloads with 1/10 the operational overhead. We'll steer you away from k8s unless you actually need it.
What cloud provider do you recommend?
For most Laravel apps: DigitalOcean or Laravel Cloud for simplicity, AWS or GCP when you need specific services (SageMaker, BigQuery) or compliance guarantees. We match the tool to the job.
Can you take over an existing production setup?
Yes. We do infrastructure takeovers regularly — audit, document, stabilize, then hand off or continue managing. Often uncovers cost savings that pay for the engagement.
What does ongoing DevOps support cost?
Depends heavily on scale. Small production apps: $1,500–$3,500/mo for retainer coverage. Larger platforms with multi-region needs: $5k–$15k/mo. We publish clear scopes for each tier.
Do you set up staging environments?
Always. Every project we deploy has at least a staging environment mirroring production, and often a preview environment per pull request. It's non-negotiable for teams shipping fast.
